Pepper Content's Cancellation Policy is applicable to customers who may require to withdraw the order placed by them. This policy regulates the cancellation of orders and lays down terms and conditions associated with any cancellation request.

For CMP Services, the company reserves the right to offer free trials, modify or terminate access to the free trial, and delete any input or other data provided by customers during the trial. Customers who cancel their free trial may not be eligible for future free trials. Customers who wish to cancel their subscribed CMP services may be subject to certain conditions, such as the remaining usage limits of their active plan. The company may also collect fees or charges related to the cancellation or termination of services. Customers who terminate their contract before the end of the lock-in period may be liable for paying the remaining or upcoming payments, as per the subscribed plan and/or any paper contract agreed between the customer and the company. The usage limits of the CMP services will be refreshed periodically, based on the terms of the plan and any separate agreements between the company and the customer. Previous usage limits may not be carried over or refunded.

For Content Services, once a Project is created on the Platform, it cannot be automatically cancelled at any stage. In an exceptional circumstance that a customer chooses to pause or cancel the Project, a request for the same may be submitted by sending an email to support@peppercontent.in. Such requests will be reviewed by the team and may be accepted, rejected, partially accepted, or partially rejected, depending on the timeline of the Project.
